Cookware and Bakeware Alliance is the publisher of the Engineering Standards Manual for Cookware and Bakeware. The Standard Manual is continually updated to reflect changes in materials and technology. Member companies in the US and Canada collaborate to promote the welfare of the cookware industry and improve its service to the public.
